There were 2 sales persons at bay 20 on 6/15/23 at around 2 pm. I ordered my products and one lady got it wrong. I confronted her and she insisted that it was my fault and reluctantly created a new order. There were both chatting away and had a good time and not really keen on servicing their customers !!!
I later paid at the counter and was told to wait for the call at the receiving counter. I was waiting for about 25 minutes one of the sales lady was kind enough to ask what are you waiting for ? I told her the order number and the items has been there and no one call for my order number.
I notice most employees were having a good time chatting away in group !!! Talking shit and not paying attention to their customers !!!
